Program" about the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program which allocated $22 million dollars to government contractor Robert Bigelow. Luis shares his personal UFO encounter, feelings about racism and why he decided to engage the public about UFO disclosure. He is the host of the podcast "the Unidentified Celebrity Review" and the man behind The Big Phone Home.

He has served as Secretary-Treasurer of both FUFOR (since 1986) and the UFO Research Coalition (URC) since 1997. Robert has been on the Board of MUFON since 2004. Rob currently resides in Virginia with his wife, Susan.
