Words have a lot of power. The words that you speak have the power to either make or break a person. You never know what someone is already going through. The next negative thing you say to someone could be the last straw for their breaking point. What will you choose today? To build someone? Or break them? This is T-Elise, and its time to Restore the Core. To stay up to date on bi-weekly mini episodes of Restore the Core, remember to hit that subscribe button and follow me on Instagram @therealtelise. Do you feel like your reality has forced you to give up on your dreams? Are you discourage by the lifestyle you live and your current situation? Are you motivated to make a move, but nervous about what that may bring? We all have our own struggles and things that we deal with on a daily basis, but, everything in life is centered around decision making . It's time to make that choice you've been wanting to make not just for you, but for everyone connected you. This is a year for elevation and the only way you can do that, is by letting go of the old chapter of your life. If this episode touches you, share it with a family member or friend and remember that your light is valuable to the world. Don't dim it by settling for less than what you deserve. This is T-Elise, and its time to Restore the Core. To stay up to date on bi-weekly mini episodes of Restore the Core, remember to hit that subscribe button and follow me on Instagram @therealtelise. Welcome to Season 2, Episode 3 of Restore the Core. This week's topic is titled UNSHAKEN. This episode is heavily centered around spirituality. I as well as my guest feature on this episode are Christians. Throughout this episode, many of our life experiences will revolve around and connect back to our spirituality. If you do not believe in God, I still encourage you to listen. This episode applies to everyone regardless of their belief system. This is a judgement free zone. Everyone is always welcome here. In a world where so much is happening, so much adversity, so many trials, we must remain unshaken and stand firm on what and who we believe to in. How do you remain unshaken? What is your calm in the midst of the storm? Conflict will always arise, but we must be confident in the fact that conflict serves a purpose and often times it’s just a distraction to throw us off our game. Other times, conflicts arise to test us and make us stronger. Remember to recognize it as that and do not let the enemy win! Hello Everyone. Im back from my hiatus!!! Welcome to another season of Restore the Core with a theme of Breaking free through Artistry. I decided to drop this episode on the 22nd in honor of my late brother, D.A.B’s birthday.  He always supported and believed in everything I did, so I decided to come out with the episode on his day. He would have been 32 today. This  first episode coming  back is going to pretty much be a recap of whats been going on with me while I have been on hiatus. In it, I will discuss a higher calling and talk about pushing through to reach our goals when we face  life’s challenges. Life is never going to stop throwing curve balls. It’s about how we respond to the unexpected that matters. Please note that this episode mentions grief and suicide which may be sensitive material for some listeners. As usual, I am going to provide you nothing less than Authenticity and truth. Feel free to share this with anyone that you think it may inspire. Forgiveness

Forgiveness

Welcome back to another episode of Restore the Core with a theme of breaking free through artistry. This week's episode is about forgiveness-A concept that could really be a game changer for a lot of us. How many of you haven't forgiven that person that wronged you? How many of you feel like that person doesn't deserve your forgiveness? How much time and energy have you put into the feelings of resentment or bitterness? Choosing not to forgive or not being ready to forgive is a heavy burden to bear....but you don't have to bear it alone. I hope this episode opens your eyes to a new way of thinking. Feel free to share it with anyone that you think it may inspire. Welcome back to another episode of Restore the Core. This week's episode is a continuation of last week's episode on the Impact of Social Media on our lives-A featured episode with my good friend Prince. Last week we talked about relationships on social media, the internet versus reality, comparisons of ourselves to other people on social media, competition and how we should be self reflecting and looking inward more than looking outward in terms of improvement. Today, we have some really great topics to add to that. I don’t wanna spoil it, so if you wanna find out what we had to add to this discussion, just hit the play button. If you find this episode relatable, then share it with someone you know and make sure they subscribe to my podcast for weekly updates! To stay up to date on weekly episodes of Restore the Core, remember to hit that subscribe button and follow me on instagram @therealtelise. Hey Guys! Welcome back to another episode of Restore the Core. This week's topic is the Impact that Social Media has on our lives and how the unrealistic progress shown on social media can have us second guessing our own personal success.  With this topic, my feature and I had a lot to say, so it will be broken into part one and part two. Part two will be released next week. With this week's episode, I will be featuring my long time friend-Prince. Listen as he gives his insight on the effects of social media and some of the experiences that he's had in interaction with these social platforms. Remember that social media should not be a place that we go and try to base our lives on. It should not be a place that we go to put others down. It is and should be used as a place of networking, communication, marketing, and entertainment . I hope you enjoy this week's episode. To stay up to date on weekly episodes of Restore the Core, remember to hit that subscribe button and follow me on instagram @therealtelise. I think it's time that we redefine success and tailor it to fit us as individuals. When we hear the word "success", our minds instantly race to Money, a Career, Cars, Houses, Nice Clothes, etc.  When in actuality, all of these things may be great to have...but does that mean that you aren't successful if you don't have these things? Absolutely not! Money, Cars, Houses, etc do not represent success as a whole. Success is what you want it to be based off of your goals, according to your values and what you deem important in your life. It is personal. In this podcast episode, I've come up with 5 potential reasons why you may not be succeeding in s particular aspect of your life. Restore the Core is always full of truth and authenticity. I want you guys to really ponder on which of the 5 may apply to you and brainstorm ways you may be able to overcome this roadblock. Thanks for listening. Are you listening?

Are you listening?

Welcome back to another episode of Restore the Core. This week's episode is titled "Are you listening?" How many times have we been searching for a solution to a problem or an answer to a question that has been troubling us, but we were to distracted to see it? Instead of wondering if God is listening, perhaps we should be asking ourselves the exact same question.  Are we listening? Are we paying attention? I want you guys to ponder on the things discussed in this week's episode and feel free to share it with anyone that you think it may inspire.
