Mecca! I think of you as such a progressive company, but I was so shocked to hear on the episode of getting work done, the host questioning why men suit ageing and can look 'slightly craggy', where women don't. Seriously?! I thought everyone in 2021 that works in beauty and media would be aware that ageing is something society allows men to do, not women. It isn't that ageing suits men, it is that women have been more objectified and youth is quality that is admired and expected of women. This is not a comment about the content you've covered, I've enjoyed the podcasts, I am just suprised this slipped through.
