Jay sits down with Bachelor star Clayton Echard, and Jay jokes that he doesn't know much about The Bachelor but all the girls in the office gave him a lot of notes. They immediately dive into Clayton's background in college football, and Jay jokes that he played at Vanderbilt and Clayton played at Missouri and they compare notes about SEC opponents. Clayton also jokes about his short tenure in the NFL and how he just went back to his day job after he got cut. Clayton also tries to explain to Jay how he got involved with The Bachelorette - without violating his NDA - and jokes that he found out quickly that he was bad at the show. Clayton also jokes that he actually learned a lot about Susie AFTER the show ended because there was just so much going on, and there were certain things she didn't want to share on camera. Clayton talks about having to figure out who was there for him, and who was there for 15 minutes, and how he even sent people home toward the end of the show because he still didn't know who was there for the right reasons. Clayton jokes that Jay is sounding like a Bachelor fan! Clayton also gets frank on the topic of mental health and how he's trying to grow and help others.

Brian even jokes about how he should have been a quarterback like Jay and he'd probably still be playing, because today's players are playing into their 40's. Lee breaks down how Tennessee became a landmark location for whiskey production, the history of his distillery and how they took an 1820's log cabin and embarked on the long road to rebuild it and turn a profit. Jay and Lee also do some taste testing as Lee breaks down how to drink whiskey and what to look for in a great whiskey. Jay sits down with the man who created a viral video that has become an internet staple over the last eight years, Dana McLendon - who created the "Universal Hot-Crazy Matrix". Dana tells Jay the story about how the idea for the video came together, and it went super viral before his wife even knew about it - and shares the hilarious reveal of the first time they watched it together. Dana also talks about how wild some of the hate has been that he's received and why he feels like people just receive the bit wrong. Dave also dives into intermittent fasting and how it took him fasting in a cave for four days to unlock how it works and what it can do for your energy levels. Jay also drills Dave about his desire to live to 180 years old, and while Jay doesn't believe it, Dave breaks down how people in previous generations - before advanced medicine and health science -have lived to 100-120 years old and he just wants to do 50% better. Dave also breaks down all the supplements that he takes, and the ones that are out there for consumers, and how they all work and what they do for you.
Jay sits down with adventurer and hunter Donnie Vincent to talk about hunting and how his viral video "Who We Are" was originally made to explain the hunting lifestyle to National Geographic, who was against featuring hunting on their platform. Donnie dives into his background, and his deep view on the responsibility of hunting and how important he takes for the hunting culture. Jay also asks Donnie about the experience of hunting caribou in the Arctic Circle, and how even though he couldn't pay his electric bill as a college student he still scraped together enough money to get to Alaska. And a wild conversation as Jay and Donnie talk about the kills that are the best to eat, and they argue about bears, coyotes and lions being great to eat regardless of what Jay has heard. Donnie also explains to Jay why he has turned down every TV offer he's received and why he started his own production company instead. Randy and Jay also talk about how hard life can be when you're on the road and missing events with your kids, but they both try to reflect on all the cool stuff they get to do in light of missing family time. Randy also dives into his road into music, and how he grew up in a musical family (which seems to be a trend for our music guests) and how he tried to develop a business acumine in college so he could build a business. Jay and Randy also discuss why his music stopped getting played on country radio, how that sound has evolved, and remaining true to his sound and style.
