An hour listening, which culminated in them saying they'd heard footsteps outside of their tents. Haunting.... The scariest thing was someone stepping in a puddle on the way there. FFS. 😂

I was excited for this podcast as loved the narrator and his Battersea Poltergeist. This however is incredibly confusing jumping between one story and another. Sadly off-putting.

hmm. if my best friend died I'd hold onto their very last words, and in conversation with other friends I would naturally tell them what had been said to me.

"a highly suggestible culture" does this woman think we all just sit around the open fire telling ghost stories? Ireland being portrayed as a nation of superstitious idiots. come on

great story well told, but I was hoping for more emphasis on possible scientific/practical explanations. With regards to simultaneous hallucinations and nightmares in a common environment, that would indicate the presence of a toxin that they were exposed to in that environment, like black mold or a toxic building material, or something in the hall's food. I don't know how to address the poltergeist activity unless the whole thing is some sort of prank or hazing from other students, possibly including toxins or hallucinogens and practical tricks.

Hannah doesn't believe in the patriarchy. The ghost should've eaten her.
