Description

It happened on a frigid winter night. First, a sudden moment of terror. Then, a frantic search to find a costumed killer. “Internal Affairs,” Dateline’s next original podcast series, takes us to northern Colorado, and into an obsessive and deadly romantic affair. Reported by Josh Mankiewicz, it’s a story about bad choices, a fatal attraction and men and women who proudly wore badges at work--while living lies at home. And when the day of reckoning came, the people with the badges had to investigate their own.

why is it so difficult for men to just admit that they were cheating because they WANTED to cheat? If he thinks anyone is buying that he was forced, coerced, or tricked into cheating bareback, he's delusional.

this makes me sick to hear how long IG allowed this shit to go on for when he could have come clean and been honest soo many times but instead stayed being a filthy, unloyal pig!

While it is undoubtedly true that affair partners will coerce their partner into having sex, this man is lying like a fucking rug. I don't believe him.

This is a prime example of networks stretching podcasts into 4-8 episodes to get paid ads, while good podcasters fit stories like this in 1 hour. I stopped listening after 2 eps, though I love Mankie With a Hankie, I lost interest, especially since it's hard to believe that undercover cop could be such a worm with a spine of a jellyfish.

So after watching the last episode I looked up the ppl involved in this lol bro no one involved in this was worth dying smh they all looked Bobo. And on a more serious note I thought it was Shawna the whole time too but in all reality when they did that after the trial interview and I thought about all the evidence produced it could've been Michelle or Ken or even Ignacio. Behind closed doors you never know the truth only thing you can do is try not to be convicted or prove someone else's motives were stronger. And not to be a giant dick but sometimes the sins of your past come to haunt you Ignacio lost heather and his daughter. Smh

This was such a good Podcast! Shawna you suck, Iggy you suck...I do feel for him in the sense that we don't know the gravity of our mistakes sometimes...we are only human and we never expect that our Karma will cast a life long feeling of pure sorrow and loathing if the wrong mistake is made..
