NPA can 100% be fixed with shoes and is more often than not a man made issue. work with X-rays, podiatrist and a farrier to correct. I am shocked thos theory that npa is confirmation persists! There are myriad of research papers, documentation available. I work with a number of podiatrists in my rehab facility correcting this issue.
