Really enjoyed the guided meditation in this episode. I have ADHD, so guided meditation doesn't always work right for me, but I actually did find myself relaxing to this one. I'm definitely curious about the sci-fi meditation mentioned at the end of this episode. I hope that's something that happens. I have a lot of episodes to catch up on, so we'll see.
