Description

With parkour (and freerunning) becoming more popular, more people are starting to recognize and understand the discipline, but who exactly are the people that do it? Join us as we try to find out by talking with different practitioners from across the country (and maybe the world?). Sometimes we'll talk about parkour, and sometimes anything but.

Last summer I traveled up to Vancouver BC and spent some time training and hanging out with my good friend, Tom Coppola. Tom is an amazing athlete and coach at the Origins Parkour and Athletic Facility. Having know Tom since his days training in Florida, we've had some great sessions and great conversations. Today was no different.
We journeyed to NYC and had the chance to train with Storror during the last leg of their Chaps on Tour USA trip. We were lucky enough to get an interview with Callum Powell which developed into a really interesting conversation about parkour and security. Joining us is Max Henry, Joel Eggimann, Lucas Dimoveo, Guillem Mataró Pereira, and Sacha Powell (although he's asleep)
We journeyed down to Orlando, FL to hang and train with our good friends Caleb Iuliano and Niki Whalen of team Rilla Hops. In this interview episode Caleb talks about his recent trips to Spain and Singapore as well as starting his own parkour team.
Chillin with Max Henry and Milo Finnegan-Money lead to an interesting conversation about the most influential parkour videos. In this second part of our conversation we delve further into how certain videos changed the way we train and maybe the community as a whole.
