Hello Lori, this is my first upload podcast app and first podcast I've heard, and listened to beginning to end. Looking forward to listening to your other casts that I have saved because of your knowledgeable of the business side in the industry. I am opening my second hair salon, but different than my first in every aspect with location, clientele, different city, different branding altogether..so your inspiring and informative casts are helping me to feel more informative, inspired with renewed confidence and awareness. I've also been a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician for almost at the same time as you, 04/2002, and yes, the financial crisis was a rough time, and supporting my then live-in then partner who was a banking IT executive after a layoff for 2 years. I had just went booth rental and worked my ass of to get clients, and to be honest, probably my most successful stint in 3 months I've ever done..I'll just say, business cards, bars, buy your conversational bar buddy
