Remember when you were a kid and you always looked forward to snow days? You would get the day off from school, and then you could go outside with your friends and make snowmen and have snowball fights.
Even something like a two hour delay was awesome. You could chill out at home with some hot cocoa before having to go off to class.
Well, as an adult, snow days suck. For one, you won’t get the day off, that’s for sure. You have to shovel the driveway. Then get the snow off your car. Then drive to work in the snow. And of course, no one knows how to drive in the snow (a couple of factors worse than how everyone seems to forget how to drive in the rain).
But alas, because your commute will probably be twice as long in the snow, you have more time to listen to some podcasts!
