I'm a 44 year old self employed electrician and have been following your podcast for a couple of years now. I really appreciate the user friendly breakdown of complex financial topics. Your EV episodes inspired me to order a model Y (can't wait for its arrival!). I'm a year or two away from having a 6 figure passive income from our ETF portfolio and would love to hear an episode about how to best protect your income generating portfolio when you pull the pin and retire. Thanks so much again for all of your time and effort making this podcast.

Hi Dev Raga, I have been enjoying listening to your episodes during the NSW lock down. It really has opened my eyes to getting my finances in order towards FIRE. Thank you very much for the service you are doing through this podcast. Like someone mentioned below, I am interested in a topic in relation to what is better: Investment Property vs. ETF index fund? I have an underperforming IP in VIC (average appreciation per annum= 5% over 20 yrs) inherited from my parents. It seems like a no brainer to sell it and put the funds in an index fund (and bearing consequences of CGT-> I will be taxed at the highest rate). I'd love to hear more topics on this and CGT (tips how to mitigate it) in future episodes. If you have any tips/ factors to consider related to my situation, I'd love to hear it too...

Hi Dev, I am interested to understand why we should expect returns on investments (say in a well diversified stock portfolio) are expected to be positive over time. While historical data supports this view, I am interested to know why this view should continue to hold prospectively. Thank you, David
