This weeks always winning podcast interview is with Limerick's very own Living legend Tommy Dillon. Who just recently was honored at City Hall, by Mayor James Collins. This Man Pioneered Powerlifting not alone in Limerick and putting it on the map across the world but in Ireland. He defied the odds in starting with little to nothing in the back of his house in a shed. He built it slowly and persevered regardless of the obstacles he faced. He built a community of enthusiastic guys and girls and gave them a place to train and keep them off the streets changing many many lives.
To this day at 76yrs old he continues to defy the Odds beating, illness and still competing and breaking world records.
Consistency, drive and determination is the key to any successful story. Adapt some principles from high performance athletes such as Tommy and you can champion your own life too.
Please listen to this interview with Tommy Dillon you will absolutely love i, his humor, wit and humbleness that resonates in everything he does. If you want to inspire your day, then sit back, listen , as he takes on a journey through the world of bodybuilding to Powerlifting.
This weeks Always winning Podcast, is with below the knee amputee Simon Baker. This is an interview that will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat as he goes deep deep into the life changing event that turn his world upside down. He talks hitting rock bottom and being in that darkest of places and how he got himself back on track.
He bounces back but not only does he do so but does with a bang. He sets about challenge after challenge almost defying the odds from competing in boxing to running marathons and constantly looking at the positive and absolutely loving life.
He accounts his accident for making him who he is today, a better person as he says. He goes on to talk how now he is inspiring others to play Amputee soccer, which he set up here in Ireland to get up and take action and educating the world, literally as he travels playing and acting as a consultant to other countries from Tanzania to Gaza and back.
It's a long interview this week, but one that needed to be captured! Set some time aside and listen to this inspirational man, you will not regret it, I promise.

On this weeks always winning Podcast I have the opportunity to meet Noel Marshall creator/ inventor of Bricky and most recently the Backballer. He goes through his amazing journey and how he set about putting his creation in motion and finally getting it out there to the market.
He talks how it was a hard graft and at how he still gets stuck right in to work every day. This incredible man does all this while juggling family life, and keeping himself healthy and fit. If you want to learn what it takes to be an entrepreneur and what it takes. You will absolutely love this interview.
On this weeks Always winning Podcast (which will also be available to view as video interview), I get the opportunity to speak a lady I have followed and admired for many years, Ciara McCullough. Her will to open up and delve into the depths of that dark place where most of us fear to go and take us back on a journey of self discovery, recovery and insightful solutions to dealing with what is still a very much feared subject depression and suicide.
She, talks sport, work and family life and what people can do to challenge these thoughts and how to help others. This is an interview that me hold back the tears to try and stay focused on every thing she had to say. If you haven't listened to any of the Podcast before this is a very very powerful and prevalent story that is surrounding us in modern day society.
Thank you as always for listening and stay tuned for more up and coming exciting interviews.
