With as little as five months left in the year 2019, we desired to acknowledge the upcoming Mayoral Election in October. This discussion was inspired by the candidate Charles Francis, and his second run for Mayor in Raleigh, North Carolina. This discussion underlined the experience that Francis has acquired, and the potential efforts he could make if elected. We dive into the significance of truly discovering the platforms of those running for office. In addition to that, we discuss inclusion, affordable housing, race, taxes, remodeling locations in Raleigh, and so much more. Jazzy great post, my only question is what was n is your relationship with your father?
I do agree that yolo started out as a bad thing. The only meaning of yolo back then was turning tf up and not caring about the results. I do believe we can change the reality of the word since it was brought up in our generation.
I dont do yolo moments but knowing in the black community we kind of got used to living in the moment due to lack of funds or opportunities. We typically take the chances that are given to us at the moment because we never know if it will come back again. Rather that be a good or bad decisions, we should always weigh out the pros and cons.
True that, one has to know what they want n expect. Being honest n upfront about feelings, expectations, and tolerance.

You only live once "yolo" so im going to take a chance and do something that I usually wouldn't do. im going to put caution aside and strap on a parachute and tandem jump. im going to take a chance and take out my savings and start my own business instead of working for the man. sometimes you win sometimes you lose but how will you know if you don't ever take a chance.
