This week, we get to spend time with teenage Boy Makeup Artist Xavier from @xavierbeautynet. At only 14, Xavier has been able to transition his passion for both music and makeup into a career. He has expanded his passions from YouTube to Instagram and today, he recorded his first podcast with Mini and tell the story of why he is now launching his YouTube series 'That Kid'.  But, it wouldn't be a Mini podcast without getting into the real depths of how he went from being an 11 year old boy gifted with his first lipgloss from his parents, to now a 14 year old navigating high school in un-chartered waters.  This Kid really inspires. Welcome to my very first Poddy - is that what the cool kids call them? I always assumed on my first episode l would take you to the beginning of my entrepreneur journey, however today l decided to begin in the middle. This episode is a very raw and real story of how well into the business l made a decision to expand that almost caused it all to come crashing down.  This the story of how we opened in Myer Chadstone. I go into detail about how l got into the department store and how the concession model works.
