This week I was struggling to get in front of the mic. But you can’t grow unless you do the things that you don’t feel like doing or that make you feel uncomfortable. So here ya girl is, getting it done and having you all along for the journey. No one has motivation at all times but everyone has goals and it all comes down to how much you want to achieve that goal and what you’re willing to do to get there. Right now its SO important to pivot and adjust through this uncertainty. Things will be different & It might be easier for some more than others. But we all have 6 months left of the year, & your goals aren't going to be the same as they were pre pandemic. I encourage you to write down your goals for the 6 months ahead, be specific & work towards something that brings you joy & fulfillment. Be the one who looks at this as opportunity not a waste of time. Come out on the other side better and gaining something for yourself. xoxo lo Ig: @LoBensching
This week is a super special episode w/ my first guest.. Mr. Gordon Tran! (aka GordonGainz aka my boyfriend). Gordon recently got into the same career as me, helping people buy & sell homes. We dive into his experience starting out in real estate, why he chose this career, where he's at & how our relationship has been while working together. Highlighting Gordon on this episode was really fun & I'm sure you guys will understand why I love this man so much after listening. I challenge you to screenshot these show notes and implement these tips into your day to day life! <3Start your day off w/ a morning routine (Whatever you have to do to get yourself in the right headspace. TIP: take at least 30 mins to yourself) Journal (Doesn't have to be fancy or thought out, just get your feelings on paper) Workout (Doesn't have to be intense, just get your heart rate going) Listen to podcast/read books (Fuel your brain with uplifting content of your choice) TAKE YOUR VITAMINS (My favs: VitD, Magnesium & B12. Take a multi vit at minimum.) Tell yourself positive affirmations ("I am....") Put your phone down & limit time on social media (You can set reminders on Insta to let you know when you've been on the app for over a certain amount of time) Deep breathing & meditation (Take 5-10 biggg deep belly breaths when you're stressed, need to slow down or anxious. Deep breathing exercises have so many benefits aka why meditation is proven to be so helpful. I've found mediation to be HARD, but recently really enjoyed the "calm" app that has guided meditation options.) Be cautious of the environment you surround yourself in (The saying "You are who you surround yourself with" I've found to be extremely true, so choose your environment wisely) & lastly, my favorite stepDon't stay in a job, relationship, town, friendship, etc, just because you're comfortable. (Basically if you find yourself staying in one area of your life just because you're scare of whats ahead or the change it would take. DONT DO THAT. I've stayed in all of them much to long just because I was comfortable, but when I just let them go and had a little uncomfortable feeling for awhile, so much more happiness, growth & opportunities were at the other end)xoxo lo IG: @lobensching

The great thing about everyones journey.. Its their OWN! You can't look back to check your progress if you don't start. Not getting the results you want? Or maybe you're smashing your goals? Either way you can't let that define you as a human being! Its all about mindset.. This week I talk about my experiences on struggling w/ my goals as well as killing them. Either way, you should feel the same about yourself at the end of the day! I wish I learned this 2 years ago.. Like I said I want to have conversations around the things that I feel strongly about, so no better place to start than.. Therapy, counseling, psychiatry, whatever you wanna call it! That's what we're talking about in today's episode. While growing up going to therapy w/ my little brother, to working side by side with a badass Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner ( a cool way of saying a counselor that can prescribe meds ) I feel like I can really appreciate this topic!
