The intention of this podcast is to guide the listener into visualizing the unnoticed and how it affects our lives. I will dive into issues that we all face. Homeowners, renters, contractors, architects, etc. The discussions will range from the materials people select for their homes and how it affects their happiness to how condominium association and security guards treat and process contractors hired to work in a condo owner’s apartment. The scope of topics are broad, the concept is simple… how to achieve happiness.

The goal is to enlighten the listener by painting pictures where each and every one of us are present at one point or another.
