Let me speak from a place that's not just parent or instead let me speak from my own place as an adult. Over the past 10 years I have been healing alternatively through my own means. I wouldn't say that it's Chinese medicine or Eastern medicine, Holistic, or Western. I would say it's a Tao Philosophy. It's more of a none action mindsed and emulates a We Wu Wei concept. It has shown me more success than anything that I have put years of effort into. These are simple questions that I will bring into conversations that will better conversations. Through strengthening my listening skills and my speech I have strengthened all of my weaknesses. I will explain this in further detail later on. It is not meant to upstage the Mindfulness of this blog but nurture the Mindfulness that we practice as parents, as adults. This is the source of our children's minds.
