In this week's episode, we dig into the research process for our next show, which includes accidentally time-travelling back to Ancient Rome. We get embroiled in a political assassination attempt (again), Yaz tinkers with the Adventure Mobile (again), and Tom gets sold into slavery to train as a Gladiator (obviously). With special guests Mina Anwar and Jemima Rooper. Things went awry this week because Michael got absorbed in his novel (metaphorically). Then we all got absorbed into it (literally), and transported back to 1814, where the Bonnet sisters in Middle-Bridge-a-Marchington urgently need to find three husbands. Turns out manufacturing love is harder than it seems in the books. With special guests Beatie Edney and Alfred Enoch. A special live episode, from the Buxton Festival Fringe! We were just planning to record a quick episode on our way to a Halloween party, but that has been complicated by Michael's deep-seated fear of Old Hallow's Eve. Which, in turn, has been complicated by the masked figure chasing us with a kitchen knife. Peter De Jersey is a guest in this episode, and joining us live onstage is comedian Rob Rouse!  Full Credits | Music listings | Transcripts | Artwork Also featuring Mariam Bell, Joanna Bending, Paul Dodds & Daniel Millar. We're in America! We kick off Season 2 with a special episode direct from a diner in Cowboy country. But we're interrupted by a mysterious man in black who needs us to hunt down a notorious outlaw... as long as we can make it back in time to see Yaz's new show. Special guests this episode are Alexandra Gilbreath, Jonathon Slinger and Leah Harvey. Announcing SEASON 2 of Three's Company's ADVENTURE DEPARTMENT - our much-loved podcast charting our work as semi-professional adventurers. This season we travel to the Wild West and Ancient Rome; we take a deep dive into Michael's regency novel; and feel from a creepy stranger on Hallowe'en. Keep your ears peeled for Season 2 Episode 1 - THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE MEDIOCRE... landing on your podcast app in the next few days!
Check out @threescompany on twitter, or AdventureDepartment.uk for all our previous (and future) episodes, including two quite excellent Christmas Specials (plus a fantasy epic, a sci-fi, a murder mystery, a noir thriller, and a zombie horror). MERRY CHRISTMAS!
In this bittersweet, definitely-final episode, we're packing up the company along with our childhood dreams, just in time for Christmas (right after one last missing person case at the North Pole and a trip to a stop-motion alternative reality). Nothing can possibly change our minds. Just like nothing can possibly stop Christmas. Again.  Special guests are William Gaminara and Siobhan Redmond Full Credits | Music listings | Transcripts | Artwork Also featuring Mariam Bell, Joanna Bending, Leah Harvey, Paul Dodds, Ashlea Kaye, Daniel Millar, Joe Sellman-Leava and Greg Snowden. Three's Company's new podcast is an honest look at a life in the theatre, and any quests or missions we go on should be completely ignored, regardless of the genre. Maybe we shouldn't have called it Three's Company's Adventure Department, come to think of it... "Episode 1: The Quest For Dryland" will drop on July 3rd, at 7pm. ..
