Hello,
My name is Aaron Zimmerman and I work for a nonprofit called Youth Move Pa. I will be joined by my co-workers Tristan Schnoke and Zack Karenchak We are a youth and young adult advocacy agency. We decided to create this podcast to talk about mental health, coping skills and other things involving mental health. This isn't always going to be professionals telling youth and young adults what to do, rather its people with lived experience with mental health and substance abuse struggles telling you our stories to help provide hope in dark times.
