The theatre is a magical place. A place where fact becomes fiction, fantasy becomes flesh… the human experience is laid bare! Fitting then that Boston’s Monarch Theater should be the site of a horrendous ritual that also happens to be a stage play... a diabolical work called The King in Yellow. If performed, it wouldn't just be the dénouement for our heroes, but perhaps the world as we know it.Content Warning: Psychological trauma, gambling, assault, gore, body horrorTranscripts and more info available at: CthulhuMystery.comSupport our sponsors at: https://fableandfolly.com/partners/Written & Performed by:Luke Stram – The KeeperCat Blackard | boR | Nicky Holland | Joshua LaForge | John Sebastian La ValleSound Design: Colin PetersonEditing: Colin Peterson & Cat BlackardStory Editing: Cat BlackardCast (In Order of Appearance):Melody Perera as Anjana RamakrishnanCat Blackard as Estelle ThorpeJonathan Fleming as The BostonianJohn Sebastian LaValle as Oswald SinclairJoshua LaForge as Moses Ruben CubbenfieldNicky Holland as Cherry FeatherbottomboR as Kenneth RogerCynthia Beckert as Mildred EliasLuke Stram as Woodrow EliasJames Barbarossa as Pelham GrenvilleCat Blackard as The Narrator/The AnnouncerMusical Spotlight: "Jolene" Michael KellyOriginal Score: Ryan McQuinn and Mike McQuinnSeries 2 Album Art by Cat Blackard Learn more about your ad choices. Though the conspirators are gone - the madness unleashed lives on! The veil between our world and… another place are thin and the vile, theatrical ritual to summon The King in Yellow persists. Do our inexperienced investigators stand a chance in hell of repelling the walking, waking nightmare to come, or will they give in to the delirium and gibbering inflicted upon those who have truly seen the unseen? One way or another, this episode is really gonna bring the house down.Content Warning: Psychological trauma, gambling, assault, gore, body horrorTranscripts and more info available at: CthulhuMystery.comSupport our sponsors at: https://fableandfolly.com/partners/Written & Performed by:Luke Stram – The KeeperCat Blackard | boR | Nicky Holland | Joshua LaForge | John Sebastian La ValleSound Design: Colin PetersonEditing: Colin Peterson & Cat BlackardStory Editing: Cat BlackardCast (In Order of Appearance):Melody Perera as Anjana RamakrishnanNicky Holland as Cherry FeatherbottomboR as Kenneth RogerCat Blackard as Estelle ThorpeJames Barbarossa as Pelham GrenvilleJoshua LaForge as Moses Ruben CubbenfieldJohn Sebastian LaValle as Oswald SinclairCat Blackard as The Narrator/The AnnouncerMusical Spotlight: "Archimedes Plutonium" by Ramona FallsOriginal Score: Ryan McQuinn and Mike McQuinnSeries 2 Album Art by Cat Blackard Learn more about your ad choices. Estelle Thorpe’s motley band of curiosity seekers uncovered more than they bargained for. Their fanciful investigation of occult curios led to a madwoman’s plot to summon an unholy entity. Miraculously, the team staved off the apocalypse and survived... but not unscathed…Now that the immediate danger has passed, they've got more than a few questions about the sinister and disturbing whys and wherefores that set them on this dire quest in the first place. Are there answers to be found? Starting to feel anxious about the deep hole I know the end of this feed is going to leave in me 😭 Such a great show. Awesome cast. Great content. Wish I had found this sooner and can't wait to find more by them. May have to choose supporting them over groceries for a few weeks, the extra content would sustain me😅 Highly recommend, whether your into table top games or know nothing about them!
