I put out a post on Facebook in The Spiritual Women Of New England Group: "I’m giving up new age practices. I’ll be selling my whole collection of tarot decks and oracles cards. I’ve got a LOT. Would anyone want to buy them at a discount for what I purchased? They are mostly in mint condition." After I posted this I had a prophetic dream and multiple epiphanies that illuminated why this was not in integrity. Passing them on feels unethical. I cannot hand off these tools in good conscience knowing what I know now. I explain it as best I can in this video. May this benefit you.

Manifestation part 2 - Conscious Creatorship This episode if for the skeptics and the convinced alike. Stay tuned until the second half of the episode to hear first hand examples of how the Law Of Assumption works- some of them may really surprise you! Humans see evidence that validate what they believe to be true, for the better or for the worse. When beliefs are changed, an entirely different experience is had. In this episode we dig deeper into how to really use the law of assumption to hack your reality. Manifesting personal life changes, at the root, is changing who you believe that you are through the internal process of changing your thoughts and building better thought patterns. In essence, you get what you are being, not what you want. In this episode we talk about… What is the best way to manifest? to take action or not to take action? The thought-emotion-reaction cycle and how to hack it. You are already manifesting everything in your reality. It is approximated that we have 70,000 thoughts a day. We may as well curate these thoughts to enjoy a better life. This mental investment pays more dividends than anything else because it creates your whole reality. Manifestation and Manifesting is one of THE most multifaceted, misunderstood, and bastardized topics I know of in the new age spirituality sector. In this episode Ayleigh and I break down the most foundational aspects of how it works as we know it.  We cover... What is the Reticular Activating System (RAS)? What is really behind Angel Numbers? What is intuition and is there such a thing, after all? What is the difference between the Law Of Attraction, the Law Of Assumption, and the Law Of Belief? Why is Self Concept the most important part of Manifesting? Are you the God of your reality or is there a God to pray to? What role does Witchcraft, Astrology, and Tarot play in manifestation? Can you consciously manifest if you are in a traumatized state? ... and more! I, Becca, am a Personal-Growth Coach and Miracle Facilitator. This episode is about boundaries, understanding yourself and others on deeper levels during conflict, and how to advocate for your authentic self. As we move through the darkest part of the year (in the Northern hemisphere) and the winter holiday season, interactions can more easily become triggering and boundary challenges can seem to arise more readily.  In this episode, Riss and aim to help you get more clear on the ins and outs of boundaries and how to navigate relationship dynamics most effectively. Listen to learn... What are boundaries and what are they not? How do we know what our boundaries are or should be? How do we set them and why bother? Why it is so hard and how do we get better at setting them? What is shadow work and how can we use it to strengthen our skills with healthy boundaries? My guest Marlee Liss made history in the justice system when she fought for her sexual assault case to become the 1st in North America to conclude with restorative justice through the courts, instead of sending her assaulter to jail.  In this episode, Marlee and I break down the problem with the current prison system and what else is possible. The idea of imprisonment, while preventing some people from even committing a crime in the first place, can also breed more suffering in our communities due to the consequences of the legal procedures themselves. The punitive system has a way of locking patterns of violence into communities without room for change, perpetuating trauma throughout society. Modern punitive processes tend to focus on the person who committed the crime and turn away from all else who were impacted by the event. Restorative justice is an alternative approach to prison in the legal system that includes healing for all involved. It is a process that seeks to repair harm by providing an opportunity for those harmed and those who take responsibility for the harm, to communicate about and address their needs in the aftermath of a crime. Not only is there an opportunity for healing the wounds that came as a result of the crime, but also for the pain that led to the crime being committed in the first place. "Sexuality is one of the most, if not the most primal aspects of our beings- it sits at the core of our essence. The sacredness of it has largely been made taboo, manipulated, and distorted; sometimes leading to abuse and addiction, disconnection. Sex can be used to harm and escape, but it can also be used for connection and healing." Sexuality is more than intercourse and orgasm; it is the experience of being embodied in all of our human senses. Join Claire and me as we discuss... Although many Earth-based communities have faced genocide, extermination, and reduction practices, some survivors have been able to hold onto enough indigenous wisdom so that it can still be passed on today. We are currently living in post traumatic stress society. By learning from the cultural and ceremonial frameworks that are still in place within the remaining indigenous communities, we can learn to repair and move forward by living in harmony with ourselves, each other, and the Earth. As Modern People we face three main problems: 1) Disconnection from nature  2) Disconnection from ourselves  3) Disconnection from each other In this episode we discuss the four parts of a human that need to be integrated for deep connection and wholeness and how we can begin cultural repair and renewal. Tying together Sal’s 30 years with the Lakota Sioux people and his and Becca’s combined learning from indigenous cultures across the globe, this is a conversation of inspiration and hope for a better future. Are you struggling to keep up with the news today because it’s too upsetting?  Are you overly involved in community action but not taking care of your own mental health? Over the last decade, tension has escalated so much in politics, with the climate crisis, and most recently with the pandemic. Collective trauma responses have been pouring out of us as a species.   Where is the middle ground between self-care and community-care? Historically, there has been an absence of spirituality in the activism space and a lack of activism in the spiritual space - this is beginning to shift as we are seeing the intersection of healing and trauma resolution in activism spaces.  By bringing more activism into the spiritual space, and more spirituality into the activism space; there is more embodiment and cohesiveness when we bridge the two.  *If we want to be liberated, we need to work for the liberation for all beings.* When we focus too much on our own experience and our own narratives we can lose context of the whole community. In spiritual spaces it is often about what we can do as individuals to become healthy. Since we are all interdependent there is no such thing as individual liberation. In this episode we discuss: How highly sensitive people can stay informed without traumatizing themselves with the news. What anger is and what we can do with it. Why we are becoming more traumatized these days and what can we do about it. How we can protect ourselves in spaces of conflict on the front lines. Practices that can help you heal, ground, and remember that we are all greater than our individual selves. How to navigate conflict better. How to avoid burnout. And more… We are interdependent beings. We live in an interdependent world and there is nothing we can do to separate ourselves from other living beings. As we come up against more crisis we have more opportunities to come together.  Rooted Souls Hostess- Becca Speert is a Personal-Growth Coach and Astrologer who has been helping people on their spiritual-growth journeys since 2007. Food has become a complex topic in the world today. With so many fad diets, changing nutritional research, and uninformed health care professionals, we can easily become overwhelmed and stressed by feeding ourselves.  When eating in a rush has become so commonplace, and the lineage of our ancestoral diets has become distant, for most of us, our connection to food is not as strong as it could be.  In this episode, Efan and I share some personal stories about our own spiritual and cultural experiences with food. We offer you different ways to connect with and understand your relationship to food so it can become a spiritually enhancing and soul nurturing experience.  Whether you are living in a city, out in the suburbs, or on a farm, this episode can benefit you if you are looking to feel inspired and cultivate a deeper connection to your food, your body, and the world around you.    Becca is Spiritual Life Coach who supports clients through their spiritual awakening and knowing themselves more deeply.
