In this episode I interview Kate Benson. Kate is one of my hero's. Kate is also the director for education of The Society of NLP. Kate is the #1 expert on using NLP and hypnosis to help children. As she found that you are able to reach many more children when you train teachers and trainers to use NLP and hypnosis. This episode has the following three topics: (1) How the ABC-model is used in education and how you can use previous experiences of positive reinforcement to promote desired behavior today. (2) The brain type of Kate herself and how knowledge of brain types has helped her dealing with children and coaching them.
