Supplement is a new podcast by the Economic and Political Weekly where we invite authors to read out their work published in the Postscript section of EPW.

Through this podcast we would like to highlight the unique space that the Postscript section of EPW offers to researchers and authors to share those thoughts, experiences, and stories that may not find expression elsewhere.

On this episode we have Shreya Yadav reading her article titled '⁠Fish for an Island⁠' in which she reflects on her experience on an Island in the Maldives, the everyday lives of its inhabitants and the ecosystem they have come to be a part of. Shreya Yadav did her PhD on the impact of climate change on coral reef ecosystems at the University of Hawai’i. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology.
