Everyone needs a little TLC, and the drinks trade is no different. In this episode of Not Just A Pub, we return with an insightful conversation with the Head of Charity Services at the Licensed Trade Charity, Carolyn Jenkinson. Carolyn sheds some light on all the incredible things the LTC is doing to help our industry, as she takes us through many of the support avenues that licensees may not be aware are available to them. In uncertain times, a little TLC can be what it takes to see things through.
In this third episode of Not Just A Pub the BII is joined by Keris De Villiers, Licensee and BII Ambassador, to discuss what winter will be looking like in their cosy Wandsworth pubs - the Pig & Whistle and the Beehive. Keris shares her thoughts on how the Christmas period can be an opportunity to strengthen community spirit, as well as giving some advice on managing staff for the best results over the holidays.
