In this weeks episode, we have a little fun and take a jab at our top 5 exercises that we feel are the most overrated. We do not feel like any exercise is inherently bad, after all, any exercise is better than no exercise at all. But if we are talking about getting the most out of your training... these would not be our go to movements in the gym. Hope you enjoy the banter, and let us know what top 5 you would like to see next!
In our latest Top 5 podcast series, we discuss our favorite exercises for aesthetic purposes. For those unfamiliar, these are movements that emphasize features of the body to maximize muscular development. These movements, while also able to improve strength, and endurance, are usually maximized in a bodybuilding type workout or can actually be added in to a performance based program to help with injury prevention and/or add balance to a lifting program.
