We live in a world where everyone discusses diversity and inclusion, but do they mean it? The answer, in most cases, is no. When they talk about diversity, they mean diversity of skin colour, not diversity of thought. When they talk about inclusion, they are willing to be inclusive only if you agree because you are excluded the moment you don't.

A person's biology, ideological beliefs or even subjective identity is utterly irrelevant to being able to openly and freely discuss the different ideas and opinions that people have on a wide variety of subjects.
