Two police officers in LA were shot in the head while sitting in their police cars.   When the ambulance arrived at the hospital, protestors blocked the entrance and exit to the hospital, yelling "Let them die!"  Tensions are on edge.  Almost daily we're seeing more news reports of rampant police brutality against unarmed black men and women.  Some people are saying they've had "ENOUGH!" of waiting on the day when police will be held accounrable for their misconduct against blacks as the norm instead of the exception, and that only achieved after countless marches and calls for justice.  So some feel the police are receiving "karma" for their misdeeds.  Others say two wrongs don't make a right. The Migrants ARE. COMING!! The Migrant Caravan is marching through Mexico on its way to the U.S.  from Honduras.  Having set out approximately two weeks ago, these people intend to enter the U.S. without legal authority, aka "illegally," whether the U.S. wants allows them to or not.  Well, it's obvious that the U.S. is not authorizing them, because POTUS has increased our military presence at the border to assist ICE agents in stopping these people from entering the U.S.  Some Americans say the migrants should be allowed to enter; that our Immigration Law are too antiquated, and that these people are seeking asylum.  Others say ENOUGH with illegals entering our country; sometimes even being treated better than citizens re:  benefits they receive (e.g., kids can go to any schools without proof of citizenship in some states wherein citizens have to provide proof of address when trying to place their kids in the best schools.)  But YOU are the Jury! U.S. Senate Candidate, and prior Alabama Chief Justice Mr. Roy Moore --best known as "The 10 Commandments Judge" for his refusal to remove a 10 Commandments monument from public property- is on the hot seat as several women have come forth alleging that he sexaully assaulated them when they were teenagers. All of the women are now adults, The alleged events occurred more than 20 years ago. Mr. Moore vehemently denies the allegations as partisan attacks, and will continue his Senate campaign.  He has staunch supporters depsite the allegations,as well as stauch opposition to his candidacy in light of the allegations.  The allegations gave rise to a Twitter hashtag #MeAt14, wherein adult women posted pictures of them at age 14, to depict the sexual innocence of that age, and to highlight the age of consent. At first, one woman made the allegation; now, we have a total of 5 women.  This pattern occurred with Mr. Harvey Weinstein and Mr. Bill Cosby. Mr. Weinstien has denied one allegation, i.e. Oscar winner Nupita N'yongo.  Mr. Cosby has denied all allegations.  Many people believe that women are fabricating sexual assault  allegations, i.e., #jumpingonthebandwagon, with the motive of gaining money, fame, or both.  Many are sarcasticallly actually asking, "Is there any woman now who has NOT been sexually assaulted?"  Others are aghast at how the public defintiion of #sexualassault and sexual harassment keeps changing to now include even innocous compliments, e.g., "That's a nice dress."  But it's YOUR opinion that matters, because you are the jurors! Every since he was elected POTUS, Democrats and non-supporters have alleged that President Trump  --directly and/or through his campaign staff -- colluded with Russia to interfere in the 2016 Presidential election by releasing emails and providing "dirt" against Hillary.  Mr. Tump has consistenly denied these allegations.  But despite his 10 monthn tenure now as POTUS,  the allegations have never subsided.  To the contrary, they've grown each month, especially as Mr. Trump, his family, and other arms-length associates continually comment publicly on the allegations, at times contradicting one another and their own prior statements.  Congress  has taken testimony of interested persons. Special Counsel Mr. Robert Mueller has procured federal indictments against Mr. Paul Manafort, former Trump campaign chairman, and his Associate Mr. Robert Gates, have been indicted and plead "Not Guilty."   Mr. George Papadopoulos, a former foreign policy adviser, plead "Guilty." ALL Viewpoints/Callers Welcome! Tonight's Question:  "WAS PRESIDENT TRUMP #INTENTIONALLY INSENSITIVE TO SGT LA DAVID JOHNSON'S WIDOW, OR IS CONGRESSWOMAN FREDERICA WILSON #PILINGON?" SGT La David Johnson's widow and FL Congresswoman Frederica Wilson say that President Trump was insensitive when he called Mrs. Johnson to express his condolences, stating that her late husband "knew what he signed up for."  Many people feel that although Mr. Trump could have chosen better wording, he was not intentionally trying to be rude and the ongoing saga about his remarks is a partisan attack. Contrarily, others support Mrs. Johnson and Ms. Wilson's outcry against Mr Trump, stating that he was purposefully dismissive only toward Mrs. Johnson, as the only black widow of the 4 soldiers killed in the attack in Niger.  Then, Retired Marine General Kelly, who stated he was present with the POTUS duirng the call, stated that Mr. Trump did say "that's what he signed up for," but not within the alleged context, and then incorrectly alleged that Congresswoman Wilson politicized the deaths of prior FBI agents during a building dedication.  Mrs. Johnson continues to stand behind Ms. Wilson's statement, and even sat for an interview on GMA.  So now, both sides are doubling-down! "CAN FEMALE JURORS BE IMPARTIAL TO MEN ACCUSED OF SEXUAL ASSAULT BY MULTIPLE WOMEN AFTER THE ALLEGATIONS HAVE BEEN HIGHLY PUBLICIZED?"   Right now we're seeing this with Harvey Weinstein; previously we saw it with Bill Cosby.  When multiple women come forward publicly accusing men of sexual assault-- especially celebrity accuser or accused-- does that make it almost impossible to find an #impartial jury? Does it become even harder if the number of accusers continously increases and are women? Can a man get a fair trial?  Would women jurors automatically believe that a multitude of women accusers unequivocally means that a male defendant is guilty?  The 6th Amendment  of our Constitution guarantees the right to a public trial by an impartial jury.  But when the public convicts a person before a Trial occurs, perpetually sharing allegations on Social Media across the globe in the twinkling of an eye even if the allegations are notyet substantiated, can the accused's right to an impartial Jury be protected?  We want to hear from YOU!
