Roshni is a Neuroscience undergraduate from NYU, pursuing her PhD in Brain & Cognitive Sciences. She has a background in consumer behavior research, and has worked with various media and marketing corporations in the industry. Roshni was previously working at an applied neuroscience startup, using biometric data to understand consumer behavior, and is also a co-founder of a company called Recordless in the interactive music space.
In this conversation Roshni shares her journey from NYU to USC, how she made the decision to pursue her PHD. We then segue into some interesting questions around the human brain, her idea with Recordless and her Launchouse experience.

Nishu Goel works as a Software Engineer with epilot GmBH on their micro-frontend architecture. She writes TypeScript and Golang at work with a focus on the performance aspect of the codebase.
Nishu is one of the most passionate programmers I have ever come across. In 2019, she authored a book called Angular Routing and then last year she authored the JavaScript Chapter for the Web Alamanack. 
She is also recognized as a Google Developer Expert for Web Technologies and Angular Framework and as Microsoft’s MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for Developer Technologies.

Shruti Mittal graduated from IIT Guwahati in 2020 as an Electronics and Communications Engineer and is currently working at Sprinklr as a Product Analyst. She also started Getting Candid (gettingcandid.com), an interview series where the world’s top leaders where they share their professional journeys, strategies and personal stories to inspire young minds.
