episode 02: peace and pride

hello and welcome to the second episode of the ac podcast! very sorry for the lack of uploads and huge gap in between the last episode and this one, hopefully this is explained well enough in the episode. i've been quite preoccupied with the changes in my life recently, but i'm hoping this is back for good. thank you for being patient with me, i really appreciate it. in this episode i wanted to delve a little more into mental health and my experiences with feeling up and down in the past 12 months, how i've overcome the challenges i have faced and how to make life a little easier to deal with, in terms of removing toxic people and environments. i also explore pride month (happy pride everyone listening in june!) and how being open about my sexuality and gender has made me more comfortable in myself, and i hope the topics discussed in today's episode can help you in some way. be true to yourself, you make the world a better place, i promise. <3 sorry for this not being the longest of episodes, i'm still getting to grips with the whole podcast game again. hope to see you again soon! thank you for listening, i'm so happy you're here. make sure to follow the spotify page! hit the bell to receive notifications every time there is a new episode uploaded :) instagram: @acvlogsnpod follow for updates and extra content! if you read this far you're a little star --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/tismtalks/message
