Don’t guilt yourself for not attending things you don’t want to expend energy for- be selective and rest when you need to force it if you have to and let go of any guilt in doing so.

That is the answer. Stop the money chase, focus on your health and happiness- pay the bare minimum on just your needs, and the rest will follow. Monetary things do not help you they hinder you, leaving you stagnant, or just chasing your tail.
