Yes yes more about self acceptance. You've got to accept those emotions you have. From the good to the bad ones. Alot of us become the victim of other peoples emotional break downs..at least that's what we are "told". Truthfully its yourself and emotional breakdowns come from not being able to Express those emotions. If you are someone or know someone who goes through some of the same things this may help you to understand from both directions. Let's explore together.

Positive attracts positive. Negative attracts negative. We tend to have the need to be and feel accepted by other people. A lot of the times it's done subconsciously. I will be that voice to help see you through these moments.
