「Evil men do not understand justice, But those who seek the Lord understand all.」 Amen. It is not easy to break the vicious circle. Those who do not have enlightenment will finally lose it, and conversely, those who are enlightened will be given more and more enlightenment. Jesus put it this way. (Matthew 25:29) “For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away.” We want to break the vicious circle by becoming those who seek the Lord. May we be those who seek the Lord today....God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「Because of the transgression of a land, many are its princes; But by a man of understanding and knowledge Right will be prolonged.」 Amen. After the death of King Solomon, the country was divided into northern Israel and southern Judah. In the northern kingdom, the dynasty changed nine times in two centuries. In the southern kingdom, the Davidic dynasty lasted for three and a half centuries. It was from this Davidic lineage that the Savior Jesus was born. Today, the world is said to be an age of division, with many leaders appearing and disappearing one after another. I hope that stability will be provided by one person who fears God. May we wait for God-fearing people today.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「The wicked flee when no one pursues, But the righteous are bold as a lion.」 Amen. When there is anxiety in our hearts, somehow we become fearful of the skies and want to run away from everything. But Jesus' disciples, who were just uneducated fishermen from Galilee, stood tall in the council hall of the Sanhedrin. This was because they were filled with Jesus' love, joy, and peace. A heart cleansed by the blood of Jesus makes us strong. May you be filled with the power of Jesus today as well.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「Though you grind a fool in a mortar with a pestle along with crushed grain, Yet his foolishness will not depart from him.」 Amen. We say, “A fool cannot be cured unless he dies,” and in this passage, too, he says he cannot be cured. Jeremiah, as “a very lowly fool indeed,” said (Jeremiah 5:3) “O Lord, are not Your eyes on the truth? You have stricken them,But they have not grieved; You have consumed them,But they have refused to receive correction. They have made their faces harder than rock; They have refused to return. ” We want to be loved by both God and man. May we spend today in the love of the Lord....God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「The refining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold, And a man is valued by what others say of him.」 Amen. Just as a crucible or furnace is necessary to extract the purest silver or gold, a person is tested by the praise of others in order to enhance his or her essence. When a person is praised by others, his or her true nature is revealed. I believe that we can be praised, humbled, deserved, honest, and have many different attitudes. However, it is more pleasing to receive praise from God than from others. May we see the Lord today.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「Hell and Destruction are never full; So the eyes of man are never satisfied.」 Amen. Human desire is boundless. It was Yosui Inoue who sang, “There is no limit, it is desire.” From then until the present day, there has been no limit to human desire. (1 John 2:16-17) “For all that is in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life-is not of the Father but is of the world.” May we be doers of His will today.... God bless you. See you next week.
「Whoever keeps the fig tree will eat its fruit; So he who waits on his master will be honored.」 Amen. The Bible says,(2 Timothy 2:6) “The hard-working farmer must be first to partake of the crops.” The reward for work is deserved. David was guarding Nabal's sheep, but Nabal refused to reward David. In the end, Nabal was judged by the Lord. The Lord sees those who shed tears, sweat, and toil. Blessings from the Lord are waiting for that person. May we spend time with the Lord today.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「As iron sharpens iron,So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.」Amen. Sharpen the other person and you will also be sharpened. Having such a relationship with a friend is sure to help you grow as a person. It is truly a relationship of friendly competition. Especially when you are young, having such friends enriches your life. Paul said to the young Timothy, “Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. (2 Timothy 2:22)” May you meet true friends today.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「Ointment and perfume delight the heart, And the sweetness of a man's friend gives delight by hearty counsel.」 Amen. Another translation says, “The comfort of a friend strengthens the soul. If we have had the same experience, we may be able to communicate without words. We cannot share with others more comfort than we have experienced. On the contrary, we can share the comfort we have experienced. The apostle Paul said, (2 Corinthians 1:4) “who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.” May you spend today in the comfort of the Lord.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「Like a bird that wanders from its nest Is a man who wanders from his place.」 Amen. If you leave your nest and can't find it, you are tired of wandering and end up perishing. If you meet someone who can save you along the way, you will be saved, but if not, it will be a miserable end. We need to cry out, “Somebody help me!” First of all, why don't we look up to heaven and cry out to God? (Jeremiah 33:3) “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” May we look up to the Lord in prayer today.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「Open rebuke is better Than love carefully concealed.」 Amen. The Living Bible translates it this way. It is better to scold a child clearly than to love him so much that you do nothing to warn him when he does something wrong. It is difficult to scold, but if a child grows into an adult without being scolded, there is no way to get him or her back. As parents, seniors, and friends, we want to be scolders when we scold. May we spend today in the love of the Lord.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「Let another man praise you, and not your own mouth; A stranger, and not your own lips.」 Amen. You can be a person who praises himself or herself, or a person who is praised by others, but the Bible tells us to be a person who is praised by God. (2 Corinthians 10:18) “For not he who commends himself is approved, but whom the Lord commends.” The apostle Paul thought this way. He thought that he was the head of sinners and that what he had was solely due to God's grace. He thought that everything he had was given to him by God. May we be thankful for God's grace today.... God bless you. See you next week.
「Do not boast about tomorrow, For you do not know what a day may bring forth.」 Amen. One knows about the past and will be able to see the present. But we do not know the future. But God knows the past, the present, and the future. Therefore, it is wise to leave the future in God's hands. The Bible says, “Do not worry about tomorrow”、“Prepare for tomorrow” 、“Do not boast about tomorrow,” and Rely on the Lord. May today be another day of relying on the Lord.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, And he who rolls a stone will have it roll back on him.」Amen. There is a saying, “If you curse others, you will be cursed,” meaning that if you harm others, you will also be harmed. There are many examples of this in the Bible. For example, in the book of Samuel, a man named Haman tried to kill Mordecai by setting up a pillar, but he ended up being crucified by the pillar and died. Curses and deceptions return as curses and calamities to ourselves.Love and blessings also come back to us. May you be filled with the Lord's love and blessings today.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
「Where there is no wood, the fire goes out; And where there is no talebearer, strife ceases.」 Amen. (Luke 23:12) “That very day Pilate and Herod became friends with each other, for previously they had been at enmity with each other.” These two men became friends by speaking ill of Jesus. Talking behind one's back is like putting wood in a fire. There is a story like this. The wife of a subordinate came to Peter the Great and spoke ill of her husband. When she spoke ill of her husband, Peter said, “It's none of my business.” The wife then invited him to speak ill of Peter the Great as well. The emperor immediately said, “It is none of your business.” Do not be careless and do not speak ill of others. May you spend today in the shade of the Lord's wings.... God bless you. See you tomorrow.
