Brian King is back on 10 Minute Mindset to talk about the habits he’s created in his own life to keep his focus and mindset strong, how he keeps himself as present in the moment as possible, how he finds peace and serenity, and how all of this helps him to focus on and expand the positive things in his life. Brian R. King, MSW is a prolific author and teacher in the areas of mindset, resilience and confidence. Especially in the areas of ADHD, parenting and relationships. Having grown up with undiagnosed ADHD and Dyslexia. Being mercilessly bullied by peers and some teachers, he grew up believing he was worthless. Brian’s graduation present from high school was Stage 3 testicular cancer. He spent the summer in chemotherapy fighting for his life. He went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Social Work and became the father of three sons. Sons who subsequently were diagnosed with Asperger’s and ADHD. Brian committed to becoming the father his sons needed. The results he achieved with his own sons caught the attention of other parents and soon he was teaching them his methods. In the years that followed Brian was giving presentations around the world to parents and educators.
