Thanks so much guys! Your input is the most engaging & refreshing I’ve ever come across for ADHD adults. Everything you say resonates with me so much as I’m a very strong Hunter-type & have always been confounded by how to navigate around the world many times. I’m definitely a creative type & have worked for myself but now am learning how to connect & work with others (which seem elusive till these useful tips in your podcast). Our minds are definitely wired differently & I do go wild with endless possibilities in things I’m passionate about but struggle & seem slow at things that are so mind-numbingly boring... so yes, really appreciate your tips. And yes, I love note taking! But will incorporate lots of your other tips. Keep up your good work guys!
