the best use of taking a break today and listening to my first podcast! 1. I invested in myself by taking a lunch break 2. excellent info! my two take 'aways' because I found this program so beneficial "embrace the anxiety that comes with risk & "just take a step, you don't need to see the whole staircase" "good people are not afraid to give things away LOVED the expertise and enthusiasm!
