Hello! I'm only 7:30 minutes in and already locked in. I, myself, am bipolar. Technically, "Bipolar 2". Which means I've experienced mood swings from suicidal depression to "hypo-mania". Intense mania but without any psychotic breaks. I was correctly diagnosed 25 years ago, and have been stable ever since. God bless my Docter. He saved my life!
