In this first episode of season 2, I thought it would be good to have a conversation with my former colleague Tawanda Kelly and co-host Kacia Kyle about mentoring. We talk about how you should go about finding a mentor and how mentors add value. Our conversation ranges from different types of mentors, creating a list of topics to cover with a mentor, and also how to break up with a mentor.
