In the wake of the Samaritans / Albion / Premier League's short film on suicide prevention, Dean from the Brighton, Hove & District Samaritans joins Ady & Al to discuss the project. Plus we are joined by Tom, fresh from his overseas adventures, to talk about the Spurs draw and the repeated half-dozen in the Carabao Cup in the Diego Gomez Show. In association with https://www.flowersunlimitedbrighton.co.uk/
Justin, Ady & Al discuss the game at Bournemouth, David Weir's departure, Jason Ayto's arrival and Fab's First Fifty. In association with Flowers Unlimited
Another turnaround against Citeh, and a look at who went through the exit door on transfer deadline days, and more with Ady, Al and guest Nick.
The founder of The Treason Show returns to offer his thoughts on Everton's new ground, Everton's anti-football and being recognised outside the Cavern. Plus we zero in on Brighton's biggest-ever win in the League Cup. In association with Flowers Unlimited.
Ady is joined by the Argus' Brian Owen, plus Jason Thackeray  to look back on the Fulham game, look ahead to our visit to Everton's new ground and delight at the return of Lioness heroine Michelle Agyemang.
Now in our 19th different season, as is traditional for the season's curtain-raiser, Ady is joined by the Band, who offer their thoughts on the upcoming season, and their bizarre, cheese-dream predictions.
With almost 15 years on the clock since his previous visit to Roar Towers, writer, producer and director Warren Dudley joined Ady & Al for a natter on all things Albion, and his role in writing several films, including the much-lauded Bromley Boys.
With the season at an end, and the silly season (transfer rumours) in full swing, Al was joined by Steve and Matt, responsible for the highly revealing series of interviews - 'Heroes Have Heroes'. Both reveal their Albion histories and how HHH came about.
Andy Bass, Marcus Hancocks and Phil Shelley joined Ady & Al for a bumper end-of-season review in what ended up being Brighton's second-highest finish ever.
El Presidente made a long-overdue welcome return to Reverb Towers. The recipient of a new Albion award, Dick shares his pride in the inauguration of the coveted prize.
Hot on the trail of another win at Wolves (just three defeats in 21 league matches up there), The Treason Show's Mark Brailsford joins Ady & Al to discuss the game, plus his latest shows as part of the Brighton Festival and into the summer.
After 25 years in the role of Sussex Police Liaison Officer (or Sussex Dedicated Football Officer these days), PC Darren Balkham is hanging up his truncheon (no tittering at the back) to be put to work by Mrs Balkham. Darren joined us with his replacement PC Gregg Marshall, to talk about his time with the club. And the grief he gets every time we beat Manchester United. (Spoiler alert: we can do that still, but for Arsenal now).
Victory from the jaws of defeat - limbs, beers, sunshine. Andy & Jim join Ady & Al to discuss just that.
More heartache, petulance and fatigue - on and off the field - on the road as the Albion succumb in London once again. Nick joins Ady & Al for some not-too-heavy relief.
With more points being left out on the pitch, and another Desmond shared with Leicester, Ady and Al, fresh from the Reverbathon, invited author David Atherall, author of a 1996/97 memoir, 'Embers' in to talk about the book. And we have a copy to give away!
Yeah, it really is him. Norman came by the studio in Brighton's Open Market for an hour's natter as part of RadioReverb 97.2FM's Reverbathon.
Two games, no goals, an FA Cup exit and a worse-score-than-performance defeat at home. Still, the fans have a shiny, loud new bar at the Amex. Oh, and guess who came of age this week?
The moonwalking dude that is Bas Savage joins Ady & Al to talk about his start in the game, his time at the Albion, his work with the PFA - and the fun he had at the recent charity match in Worthing. Plus we hear from several people involved in the Rockinghorse match, including Warren Aspinall, Jeff Stelling and Donna Holland, CEO of Rockinghorse Children's Charity, and Brett himself, of course.
Jason and Brett join Ady & Al to discuss a first point at the Etihad, our Mothering Sunday competition winners announced, and a charity football match to promote. All this and more on this week's Roar...
Tom & Vicki join Ady & Al for a look back at the Albion's sixth win in a row, PLUS we have another competition, courtesy of Flowers Unlimited.
