After a four-year sacred pause spent becoming a psychotherapist and writing his second book, The Power in Your Hands: Liberate Yourself from Attachment to Technology, Shannon Algeo returns to SoulFeed for one last conversation. This finale is an intentional closing ritual: six years, 313 episodes, and a global community of soul warriors. Joining Shannon as a surprise guest is the show's co-founder, back for a reunion that traces the whole arc, from early brainstorming sessions in Harlem to a packed launch night at Lululemon on the Upper West Side of NYC. Together they talk about their personal evolutions, the creative differences they moved through, and the therapeutic art of a good goodbye. This episode is less of an ending than a graduation. A blessing of ultimate aliveness for anyone stepping into their own next chapter. Stay tuned for the next chapter 🎧  Thank you for six years.
