Daniel 3
Daniel's three courageous friends faced a death sentence for refusing King Nebuchadnezzar's order to bow down to a golden image. When the world pressures us to compromise our faith, we must respond with courageous commitment and boldness for the Lord.
Daniel 3
When Daniel's three courageous friends refused to bow down to King Nebuchadnezzar's golden image, their malicious enemies sought to accuse them of evil and disobedience before the king. Daniel 1
Tennis star Andre Agassi appeared in commercials for Canon Cameras and declared, "Image is everything." Indeed, image was everything to King Nebuchadnezzar when he wanted some choice Israelites to take back to Babylon. But for the Lord and his faithful followers like Daniel, image ISN'T everything – character counts, and a willingness to follow Him no matter what the cost.
Daniel 1
Daniel looked like the type of Israelite that King Nebuchadnezzar wanted to take back to Babylon to serve in his court – young, handsome, smart, and socially adept. But his character was marked by faithfulness, commitment to God's Truth, and unswerving devotion to the Lord – qualities that made him a change agent in the pagan culture around him, and can make US change agents as well.
Romans 15:14-16
Many Christians believe that biblical instruction, counsel, and admonition is exclusively the pastor's job. Join Dr. Harry Reeder on InPerspective as he shows us why the difficult, yet necessary task of biblical instruction, counsel, and admonition is actually every believer's responsibility.
Daniel 1
King Nebuchadnezzar laid siege to Jerusalem, and brought back to Babylon young Israelite men of good appearance, intelligence, wisdom, skill, and understanding. Daniel was one of the young men chosen – but he met a far different and more important criteria: God's criteria of faithfulness, adherence to His truth, and an unquenchable desire to please the Lord with his motives and actions.
Dr. Francis Schaeffer, one of the foremost Christian thinkers of the 20th century, wrote the influential book, "How Should We Then Live?: The Rise and Decline of Western Thought and Culture." He challenged believers to live by total affirmation of the Bible's morals, values, and meaning. How does Daniel's life and example help US answer this vital question: How should we then live?

Join us today as we begin an in-depth series examining Daniel's Memorable Memoirs and Message

1 John 5:11-13
The first Epistle of John says, “I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life.” The Apostle John wanted his readers to receive the gift of everlasting life through faith in Jesus Christ, and to know for certain that they possessed it. 1 John 5:11-13
John 3:16 is perhaps the most familiar and well-known Bible verse in the world: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” The promise of eternal life in Jesus Christ is the glorious, blessed hope of every believer, and it constitutes the final article of faith in the Apostles’ Creed: “I believe in the life everlasting.”
1 Corinthians 15
The hymn “In Resurrection Bodies” proclaims, “O joy of resurrection, all sin and sorrow past, to see the face of Jesus, to be like him at last! Made perfect in his image, complete in Christ the Son, in resurrection glory we'll share the life he won.” When we confess, “I believe in the resurrection of the body,” we declare that we are saved from our sins unto our resurrected bodies for life everlasting.
