MAYBE, immigrants commit crimes at a rate less than the population. The term immigrant however, includes more than people crossing from Mexico. That said, ILLEGAL TV immigrants are criminals as soon as they cross the border ILLEGALLY. Lol. Nice try. Also, we don't need immigrants because of a very minor and temporary population decline.
