around episode 129 you gave your list of top metal bands. Maybe i dont know the definition but here are my top metal bands. Whitecross. Tamplin. Thousand foot Krutch. Guardian. Kutless. and finally Petra. I know that Petra isn't a metal band but in my opinion they are the ones that started it all. I wouldn't be the man i am today if i hadn't found Petra back in the early 80s.

239: After listening to another political focused podcast, I'm disappointed. Nothing in it was for Men specifically, let alone a Christian man. After the foxhole series (which was amazing), it seems to come away from what is advertised and has become rambling politics. I'm not American, but I appreciate your frustration. If you're going to do a political podcast, describe it as such.
