I'm Gary Leland, 70 years old, and I'm dead serious about becoming the first human to reach 200. Welcome to The 200 Year Life Project — my no-BS journey to extreme longevity, one science-backed tweak at a time. In this kickoff episode, I reveal the VERY FIRST thing I do every morning (literally within minutes of opening my eyes): my Morning Protocol. Step 1: The ACV Power Shot I start (and end) every day with 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar with the mother — diluted, of course, because straight ACV is like battery acid and brutal on tooth enamel (always rinse your mouth after!).
