also, for anyone that enjoys this show, I highly recommend the book of the same title Mindhunter by special agent John Douglas.. fantastic. I read it about 16 years ago, it's what the series is loosly based on and a great read..
I'm so glad I found this podcast just on a whim... the lack of articles and friends watching it was beginning to make me think that I was the only one watching hunter and OMG! yes.. the last episode was waaaay over the top, just FYI, I'm a 6'3" football player, guys guy and I literally jumped up out of bed when Kemper went in for the hug.. yikes!.. it was like all the built up frustration and unemptied nervous energy from the whole season came to a head in the last 5 minutes.. I felt like I was laying on that cold sterile hospital floor with Holden, trying to catch my breath...thanks for the podcast, great show, can't wait for next season.. oh yeah, and yes there are female serial killers. far fewer than men, but they are out there..
