Ho ho ho, MERRY CHRISTMAS! It's RY Clause here, sneaking down your chimney to drop one little extra present under your tree -- it's a Winter Question Round-Up! On this episode of LIB, RY and Lola tackle questions about: How to stop the binge & purge cycle Making friends online Finding your everyday rhythm with your little side (even if you don't engage it every day) How to consider consent when you have others living in your home Body image in ABDL participation Boy, that sounds like a lot when you put it that way, doesn't it? But we are leaning on our years of experience talking to others in the community and learning from their expertise, so we promise to get right to it and get you home before Christmas dinner. This episode also comes with a heaping side of *special ask of YOU, the LIB listener* as we prepare for our NYE episode. (Hint hint - we want YOU on the podcast, which is coming out New Year's Day, so jump on it!) Thanks in advance for your help, we can't wait to have you join our New Year's celebration!
As a part of our Makers Series celebrating those in the ABDL community who step up to make something for all of us to enjoy, Lola and RY talk to Daisy from LNGU (LNGU-ABDL.com), a French diaper company that has been growing by leaps and bounds. Daisy talks about how LNGU got started, how a girls' sleepover night turned into an idea for a new kind of diaper, and how evolution of a diaper brand involves a lot of trial-and-learning while keeping the core spirit of customer want/need alive. So, be a "Happiness Monitor" yourself by tuning in to this episode to meet another fabulous Maker -- LNGU!
Really excited to be back with a new episode, and one featuring the fabulous Teddy as co-host! Teddy has been world-traveling and experiencing all kinds of new places, experiences, and Love, and so glad to have him bring all of that back to us so we can learn from him. This week, Teddy and RY have a spiritual-successor to our "Awesome Aces" ep (#46), this time focused on Demisexuality! On this episode, our guests @LilMissPumpkin (FL) and @SlothOnTheRocks (FL) talk with us about their experiences coming to identify as demisexual, what demisexuality is and isn't for them, offer some brilliant tips for navigating your own sexuality, whatever it may be, and dig into what it's like to be both Demi + ABDL. It's a whole lot of learnin' and way more talk about amusement parks than you would expect from a sex podcast. So buckle up (or at least make sure your riding harness is nice and tight) for a fabulous ride into Demisexuality!
Some of us are Bigs, or Tops, or Dom(mes). Some of us are Littles, or Bottoms, or subs... and some of us (including yours truly) love to be BOTH! This is an episode all about SWITCHING, and Lola and I are proud to welcome our new friends LALady (LALadyinMS on Tumblr) and Carp (carptrout on Tumblr) to talk about finding the weird wonderful world of ABDL switching, how to navigate switching with a partner, and how switching works in our particular couplehoods. Of course, there are as many ways to switch as there are switchy folks and couples, so this is far from the last episode on the subject! But we wanted to bring one couples' perspective together with our own, and we hope you enjoy learning along with us. So turn off the lights (use the switch), may get some warmup domming/subbing in (use the switch), and get ready to talk about SWITCHING!
It's Summer Blow-Out Time, and our deals have gotten CRAZY! On this Question Round-Up we cover not our usual six... not seven... but EIGHT questions from you, our listeners! (I figured if I put it in caps it looks more impressive...) We talk about how to do 24/7 when you work in an office, how to experience little space *without* diapers, how to respond to your partner's disgust with your fetish, how to set up a scene, and even the origin story on Lola's "Messy Monday" posts. All that and more, *and* a beautiful testimonial from a listener on the impact of community and self-acceptance on their life. So, come on in to LIB's Big Summer Blow-out (not that kind of blowout) and feel the savings wrapped around you like a warm... well, you know!

Have you ever wondered what a Nappy Nipper is?? Have you always felt a dull, aching longing in your soul for whatever terrycloth toweling is? Did you ever put on a disposable diaper and think, "that was waaaaaay too easy?" If so, you may be ready to try cloth diapers! On this episode of Love in Brief, RY and Lola talk with @ExecBaby (FL) and Liv (@NewbornABDL on IG / babygirlandmommy496 on Tumblr) about all things cloth diapers-- how they work, tips and tricks for using them, and why a big chunk of ABDLs are hopelessly devoted to these awesome diapers. Here are some of the items and videos referenced in today's episode! Nappy Nippers Dependeco Cloth Diapers Modified Kite Fold Dotty Diaper Company White Cloth Diapers Ecoable All-in-One Diapers
LIB 131 - Ebbs and Flows

LIB 131 - Ebbs and Flows

You know how sometimes you really really want to play diapers and play kink and do all sorts of nasty, unseemly things to yourself and/or your partner(s)? And then, kind of inexplicably, a few days or weeks later you could kind of care less about kink or ABDL play? It's easy to get down or hard on ourselves during the times when our kink drive or sex drive wanes, and today's discussion, RY and Teddy talk with Bonsai_Baby (FL/IG) and Blinkxz (FL) about why our kink can ebb and flow, and what to do when that happens. (Hint-- love yourself well, and cut yourself some slack!)
We get a lot of questions about faith and how it interacts (or doesn’t) with kink and ABDL. So we thought it was time to revisit this topic, and we brought along a couple of our beloved friends who are also people with big faith! On this episode, RY and Lola interview TiniestTyrant (FL) and Little-Librarian (FL) on their faith, their kink, and how they have tackled some of the big questions that come up when the two intersect in the same person. Our guests recommend these two resources if you are interested in more! TiniestTyrant recommends ReconcilingWorks.org - A Lutheran program to promote welcome and full participation for all Little Librarian recommends the book “God Didn't Make Us to Hate Us” by Rev. Lizzie McManus-Dail, a book about healing hurt from religious scorn and promote a sense of community.
Can you hear that triangle ringin', little Cowpoke? Well yee-haw, that means it's time for another Question Round-Up! On this episode RY and Lola get into the deep stuff on topics such as trying out Switching, how to love your inner child, tattoos on Littles, how to get involved in your regional community, reciprocating with your partner, and even a bit on tariffs! Also, here are the previous episodes mentioned in this discussion: Episode 126 - Munches Episode 115 - ABDL Retail Stores Episode 51 - Making Friends Episode 23 - Getting Involved
Badges and rooms for CAPCon 2026, the world's biggest ABDL convention, went on sale yesterday afternoon... and they sold out rooms at both the host hotel and the secondary hotel in TWO HOURS! But fear not, in this episode of Love in Brief RY and Lola jumped on with Kane (the Convention Lead for CAPCon) and Nito (Deputy Admin Lead) to talk about this record-breaking sell-out, and get information on how to still get access to rooms and badges in the months leading up to CAPCon 2026. It's hot off the press, and just for you! Can't wait to see you next March, tune in to make sure you know how to get your badge!
Getting to a place of accepting your ABDL side is hard, but imagine turning a corner and not just *accepting* that you like diapers, but *embracing and celebrating* it! ABDL folks aren't the only ones who feel shame about diapers... so do some folks who struggle with incontinence. And whether you want to wear, you need to wear, or both, the journey to self-acceptance and positivity is one of the most important you will ever take. This episode features Pree (@BumblePree on IG), a person living with MS and incontinence who has been featured on Vice and other worldwide media recently as a "diaper influencer" because of her advocacy and encouraging media for those who wear diapers. TeddyBear and RY talk with Pree about her experience turning the corner into accepting and advocacy, and we tackle listener questions and comments about embracing positivity for their want/need to wear diapers.
On this episode of LiB, RY and Lola stop in at the headquarters of NorthShore Care Supply to talk all things diapers, all things NorthShore, what to look forward to in the future, and even a warehouse tour! If you want to see the inside of the warehouse along with us, click on this link to check out that media! Also, you can now use code LIB10 to save 10% on NorthShore orders! They surprised me with that little nugget right at the end of the podcast! I hope you enjoy, I know I will.

Have you ever wanted to meet other dippy folks in real life, but aren't sure where to start? A MUNCH is the easiest, lowest-risk way to get to know other kinky folk who share your interests. On this episode RY and Teddy talk with munch hosts Lolly and DCDino about the munches they run in their areas, about what munches are, what they are like, and how you can find munches and have a great time engaging in them.

SPECIAL - LiB At the Beach

It's freezing in the American Midwest, so we did the only thing we could... we saved up our money and got the hell out of there. On this special edition of Love In Brief, we are recording beachside from sunny Mexico, sending warm vibes and sunshine all the way back to the frozen tundra that is most of the Northern Hemisphere. We usually take January off, but since we got rained in for a couple of days, we decided to try something new: an "ask me anything" episode based on listener-submitted questions. So, it's not the usual interview or advice fare, but we hope you enjoy this personal diversion nonetheless, and we'll be back in February with more advice and interviews on Love in Brief!
One of RY's very FAVORITE episodes every year is when we get the chance to ask people what good things their ABDL kink has brought them. In the past we've asked what you're PROUD OF, what made you HAPPY you had an ABDL kink, etc. This year, we asked what you are GRATEFUL FOR with regard to your ABDL kink, and boy did y'all show up! On this episode we'll hear from YOU, our LiB listeners, as you share your own stories and what made you grateful for your ABDL kink. It's the perfect way to ring in the new year!
Are you going to CAPCon SideQuest? You are??? You lucky dog, you! Welp, we've got some hot info for you; on this episode of LIB, RY and Teddy talk with Nito, the Director of Communications for CAPCon, about all of the last-minute details you'll want to know! Are you NOT going to CAPCon SideQuest? Well, here's a big ol' FOMO warning, but we think it's worth a listen anyway as whatever goes well at SideQuest may become a regular CAP feature! And, RY tells you how YOUR voice can become a part of our annual New Year's celebration, you won't want to miss it!
Howdy Partners! You know we enjoy a good round-up, on this Fall 2024 edition @LolaAndThenSome and I get to not 3, not 4, not 5, but 10 questions in the space of just over an hour! We'll talk about topics like- - What to do when your 'nilla partner shows signs of a Little vibe - DLs finding their way in an AB world - Tips and tricks for ABDL/BDSM scening - A fun near-miss story - How to meet folks online - What to do when your ex knows Plus a quick lightning round (kerchow!) about our relationship, by listener request. So ENJOY, this one is chock full of advice, and some of it may just be a rootin' tootin' good time!
WHOOOAH, hold onto your butts, it's 3 episodes in three weeks? Yup, we're going crazy over here at LiB Central and EVERYTHING MUST GO! OK, not really, it's just that we had juuuust recorded a CAPCON SideQuest episode when the news dropped about CAP '25. So we thought now seemed a good time to put out this episode, so that those of you who are wracked with disappointment would get to hear about all the cool things happening at the SideQuest in January while tickets are still available. In case you decide to go! Enjoy this detailed conversation with CAPCon Founding Director Ellexy and Convention Director Kane about what Sidequest is all about, what kinds of cool things are new to SideQuest, and what to look forward to with the new digs. All is not lost, it's a great ep, and SideQuest sounds super fun! More info, tickets, and contact the organizers at CAPCON.club
It is so hard to say goodbye to someone you love, whether it is due to a breakup, a change in living situations, a broken friendship, or a death. And how we deal with grief and loss can deeply intersect with our self-care, our sense of intimacy, and our kink life. On this episode, RY talks one-on-one with Mako, the co-creator and co-host of The Big Little Podcast, about loss and grief, and how we can move through and move forward. SHOW NOTES-- The Big Little Podcast Archive The Widow's Handbook The Bookshelf Model The Pinball Machine Model Cloud Atlas (IMDB) When Things Fall Apart (Amazon)
Last month we lost another incredible member of the community and a friend to many, IdiotWind. On this special replay episode, RY pays tribute to IdiotWind and replays his 2018 appearance on Episode 6 of LiB. We'll miss you, friend.
