This is a podcast to build community and initiate conversations of authenticity around the field of graphic design. My hope is to give you a behind the scenes look at what it takes to be a designer and my process. I will talk about my struggles with design and related thinking, and I also hope to entertain you with stories of my struggles and victories. I hope you will join me in a journey to get better and make a difference in the world we share. --------------------------------------------- Ep. 3 - "Finding Your Voice" -- In this episode I discuss my own journey and struggles with aesthetic exploration and creative block. This is Episode 2 of a new design podcast. My name is Daniel Herron, and I hope to present ideas around "minimum viable product" and "pulling the trigger." I will give you an update on my life and what I'm working on, and rant about something design related that makes me angry. Then I will discuss the attitude you need for launching a product before its "perfect" in the pulling the trigger section. I hope you find this podcast useful and entertaining. Thanks for listening. ---------------------------------------------------------- Featured in this Episode: Josiah Mason - Composer & Creator of my intro music https://soundcloud.com/josiah-mason App feature: Twitter @NoonPacific website: http://noonpacific.com/ Song Feature: Jordan Andrew's - Distance https://soundcloud.com/jordanxandrew/distance Instagram Hero: Adrian Meadows Insta: @iiaspire What am I listening to: https://designers.mx/ https://open.spotify.com/user/1115332602/playlist/0ceL5q4RDGJSnfd5e1ocHi ---------------------------------------------------- Contact Daniel and join the show twitter: @design_soapbox email: daniel@desingsoapbox.com ------------------------------------------------------------------- Daniel's personal twitter: @danielherron
