The word "church" comes from the Greek word "ecclesia" which means "a gathering of people for a purpose." The church is not a building or a system or an ideology - it is a gathering of imperfect people for the purpose of proclaiming the saving power of Jesus.

Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year. But for some, it can have a dark side - a reminder of hopes, dreams, and ideals that are unfulfilled and unrealized. How can this Christmas be different? Put your hope into action! Pastor Daryle Williams gives us 4 things to remember in putting action behind our hopes.

Every living thing is meant to grow. However organisms without a skeleton - a structure - are very limited in how much they can grow. Pastor Daryle Williams challenges us today to create a system in our lives of five things that will serve as a skeleton on which our spiritual lives can grow and flourish.

Does God want you to change? To answer that question, Pastor Daryle Williams takes us through verses in the Bible that clarify to us that God wants us to become more like Him, He wants us to be more fulfilled, more full of faith, and more satisfied in this life. And when God asks us to change, He always provides the power of His Spirit to make that change possible.

All of us go through circumstances in our lives we don't understand. We know God is sovereign and in control, yet He doesn't always make sense to us. In this sermon in the "When God" series, Pastor Daryle Williams uses the story of Ruth and Naomi to show us how God is loving and good even when He doesn't make sense to us.
