In Week 5 of our series, we look at how sexual brokenness can happen to all of us through lust and pornography. Why is this a big deal? How can this pull us away from the plan God has for us? How can we experience freedom from this struggle?
In today's Student Discussion episode, Avery and Charlie discuss Julie's message on gender identity and transgender. They discuss lies that they can sometimes be susceptible to, masculinity and femininity, and talk about how teens can love those struggling with their gender like Jesus does but still help guide them towards the truth.They also discuss Charlie's trip to Scotland and whether he will ever become the next William Wallace.
In week 4 of our Christian Sexuality series, we talk about Gender Identity. There is a growing number of kids and students who are questioning their gender, struggling with gender dysphoria, and are separating sex and gender as two different things. How should we look at this topic? What is God's heart for us?
In this week's Student Discussion episode, Avery talks with Lily, Tiffanie, and Caleb about the topic of same-sex sexuality in today's culture. If we are going to have a Biblical framework for sexuality, how should we see same-sex sexuality? How can we show love to others who are struggling with same-sex attraction?
What does the bible have to say about singleness, dating, and marriage? This week we dive into these 3 topics with the goal of helping students have a biblical worldview of relationships.
In Week 3, we discuss the topic of Same-Sex Sexuality. What did God create our sexuality for? Does same-sex sexuality fall into God's design? How should we approach these topics in the Church? This week we hear the powerful story of Trinity and what God has done in her life.
What is love and who is it for? So often we go looking for love in all the wrong places. We must first receive God's love before we can start to love others adequately. In this message Sawyer talks about God's unconditional, transformational love.
In week 2 of our sexuality series, we look at some of the lies of the culture and compare that with lies from God's Word about sex, singleness, and marriage.
In this week's Student Discussion, Charlie and Avery begin talking about our 6-week Christian Sexuality series. What does it mean to be loved? What does it mean to be made in the image of God? How can we have the right Biblical framework for sexuality that helps us with all of these topics?
