This is one we’ve talked around plenty of times but never actually sat down and recorded on its own: annual prepaid interest. So that’s what we’re doing here. There are a few different ways to handle it, but we get into what it actually is, why it gets charged, why that charge actually works in your favor, and how each of us personally handles paying it.

This week we’re back on a question that comes up all the time in Boot Camp: how aggressive should your policy design actually be? We’re all for putting a policy to work right away, whether that means paying down debt or covering everyday expenses, but ultra-aggressive design is where we draw the line. We go through several examples, including a few from our own experience, and no one on the Life Success & Legacy team designs policies this aggressively. Ours typically run even more conservative than several of Nelson’s examples. Worth a listen as you decide how to design your policies.

Clients ask us this all the time: how many policies do you actually have, how did you fund them, and do you really need more than one? In this episode, we go through our own systems and provide an overview of why we started each one, and the reasoning behind adding more.

Chris sits down with Mike Everett — founder, leader, el jefe, take your pick — to get into IBC, Nelson Nash, and what’s been happening with LSL. Grab your coffee for this one cause you know an Everett interview is not to be missed!

What happens when a former principal runs into one of his old elementary school students — years later — and they’re both deep into the Infinite Banking Concept? That’s exactly this episode. Chris sits down with Andrew Dalager for a conversation that’s equal parts reunion and revelation. They reminisce about the early days, catch up on life and family, and then get into the good stuff: how Andrew found IBC, why it clicked for him, and the banking system he’s been steadily building ever since. It’s a great reminder that this concept finds people in all kinds of ways — and once it does, there’s no going back.
